Huangshan

Its no wonder that Chinese poets, painters and philosophers have obsessed about this place. The views were breathtaking. As we climbed and hiked along the mountains, we saw cliffs and trees amidst the clouds. Each mountain took on a different quality depending on your viewing angle, the temperature and humidity level, the light. Unfortunately, it rained while we were there and on the last day, it was like walking inside a cloud with rain beating down constantly.

I highly recommend checking the weather before making this trip.
