   could you say something more about this diagram. it looks pretty interesting. what do ‘zone of pain,’ ‘awkwardness’ and ‘relationship temptation’ mean here. who came up with it?

   ANSWER: I GUESS YOU HAVE TO KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT CONSULTING TO GET THIS ONE (OR MAYBE JUST BE A MALE) I GOT IT FROM A FRIEND WHO WORKS FOR A CONSULTING FIRM.

   HAHAHAHAHA. I love the depiction of the zone of pain. Aptly put. No words necessary. Very utilitarian and consulting and visual thinking-like.
